All our cakes are made from scratch using REAL ingredients with no preservatives. As such, it is critical that these cakes be refrigerated right up until 20 minutes before use. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure a cool enviroment to transport the cake in order to have a good outcome. We are not responsible for cakes once they have been approved and leave our building.
